Zoey Reading
Co-Founder & Managing DirectorHi! I’m Zoey - Co-Founder & Managing Director here at Talking Stick Digital. Having completed a history degree in Manchester, I went into my first digital marketing job at an independent agency in 2015 where I fell in love with paid media. I then moved to Dubai for 2 years where I worked both agency and in-house before moving back to the UK in 2020 and setting up Talking Stick Digital.
David Reading
Co-Founder & DirectorHi! I’m David, Co-Founder & Director at Talking Stick Digital. My career spans multiple sectors, including traditional sales and marketing in the hotel, travel, and tourism industries. During my time in Dubai, working for a luxury hotel chain, I witnessed first hand the impact of paid media campaigns compared to traditional methods. Upon returning to the UK, my goal was to create a business that turns clients' goals and expectations into reality.
Emma Keane
Paid Media DirectorHi! I’m Emma and I'm a Paid Media Director here at TSD. I was Talking Stick Digital’s first employee, joining in 2020 straight after completing my MSc in Digital Marketing at the University of Southampton, following a First Class BSc in Marketing from Bournemouth University. I started as an Account Executive and now work as a Paid Media Account Director, managing both local and global clients across travel, B2B, beauty, food & beverage, and sports.
Beth Shelper
Growth DirectorHi! I'm Beth, Growth Director at TSD. My experience spans positions in both global agencies working with household brand names and tourism boards, as well as in-house positions supporting brands such as Gordon Ramsay Restaurants; taking digital marketing and strategic growth projects from concept to reality. Outside of work, I love exploring London's amazing bakery (and pub!) scene, searching markets to expand my eclectic jewellery collection and getting outdoors on my road bike. Coffee and pastry ride, anyone?
Ben Hall
SEO DirectorAs Talking Stick Digital's SEO Director, I take ownership of all client SEO and AI strategies, making sure they're up to date, cutting edge and, most importantly, that they drive the industry leading results I pride myself on.
I've spent a decade in digital and have worked both client and agency side across a wide range of industries, including eCommerce, print, construction and fitness, so I really have been all over! My work spans all areas of organic, but my true passion in the last few years has been the growth of AI and what it means for us. It's something that really does have the potential to make or break you, yet is so often under or wrongly utilised. I love showing businesses how to differentiate themselves and win with it as part of a comprehensive organic growth strategy.
Outside of work, you'll find me in the gym chasing a new PB, in the kitchen cooking or most likely working on my wife's latest home improvement project! I'm also a huge music fan, have played guitar for over 20 years now and love going to gigs and shows.

Having been here since 2022, I am always looking to deliver strong organic growth and AI visibility for businesses across a wide range of sectors. In my spare time I love a good run, from 5k to 21k anything suits.
Zak Hillard
Paid Media Account ManagerHey - I'm Zak, a Paid Media Account Manager at TSD. I've been here since November 2024 and prior to that I've worked across all kinds of marketing, from marine PR agencies to copywriting in startups. Outside of the office, I spend a lot of time watching/playing sport (football, basketball, golf) and over-analysing TV and movies. Shout out Vince Gilligan.

Having the chance to put together both practices has been great, and to get a great understanding of how everything works behind the scenes.
Out of the office, I enjoy going out and taking photographs. I have started trying astro photography and have been getting some wonderful results. Beside from that, it’s mainly going out on family trips to new places to see what amazing things are there, and also enjoying what life has to offer.
